Welcome to Horizon South 81D – a spacious and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just a short walk from the beach and packed with family-friendly resort amenities. This two-story unit offers a comfortable layout with plenty of room for everyone to relax while still enjoying their own space.

Book your stay today for a relaxing beach vacation or family getaway. With quick and easy booking, simply select your dates, number of guests, and receive instant confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

As you enter the unit through your private patio, complete with outdoor seating, you’re welcomed into a large living area featuring two couches, a flatscreen TV, and vaulted ceilings that create a bright, open feel with plenty of natural light. Just off the living room is the dining area with a large window overlooking the patio, providing a great space for meals or family gatherings.

Toward the back of the unit, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals or brew your morning coffee. The main level also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with two queen beds and a TV, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. A stacked washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, the private master suite offers a king-size bed, beautiful wood furnishings, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/tub and a walk-in closet. This upstairs retreat provides a quiet and comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Horizon South is known for its wide range of amenities, including multiple pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, a putt-putt course, a newly remodeled fitness center, and a billiard room. Guests will need to obtain a code from the main office to access certain amenities. The property has parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $25 each, and resort wristbands are $20 per guest (required for guests over 6 years old). After booking, a link will be sent to purchase parking passes and wristbands. Beach access is located just across the street beside the Sandpiper Beacon, making it quick and easy to get to the sand. You’ll also find restaurants, grills, and beach gear rentals nearby for added convenience. Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
