This studio unit features a comfortable king-size bed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step outside onto the spacious private balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy morning coffee, dolphin watching, and some of the most beautiful sunsets Panama City Beach has to offer.

Inside, the condo includes a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Mr. Coffee coffee maker—perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your stay. The open layout allows you to take in Gulf views even while cooking or relaxing. The unit also features a full bathroom with an extra-large vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises, ensuring a clean and refreshing environment for all guests.

Majestic Beach Resort offers some of the best amenities in Panama City Beach, making it a favorite among guests. The resort features four pools, including an indoor heated pool and a covered outdoor pool—perfect for cooler weather or rainy days—as well as multiple hot tubs. Guests also enjoy access to a full-size movie theater with stadium seating that plays movies weekly throughout the year, a tennis and pickleball court located on the roof of the parking garage, and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and ping pong table. During the season, guests love the convenience of the on-site market and H2O Bar and Grille.

After booking, guests will receive a link to register their vehicle(s) directly with the Majestic Beach Resort HOA. Parking is available for $41.50 per vehicle and is set and collected by the resort.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
