This family-friendly unit features an open layout and private balcony access, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway.
Book your stay today for an unforgettable beach vacation. With quick and easy booking, simply select your dates, number of guests, and receive instant confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
As you enter the unit, you’ll be welcomed by the open-concept layout and beautiful Gulf views. The kitchen is located to your right and is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher to make meal prep easy and convenient. Just beyond the kitchen is the dedicated dining area with ample seating for family meals and gatherings.
At the back of the unit, the living room offers comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and additional seating so everyone can relax while watching their favorite shows on the TV—or even dolphins in the Gulf. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the private balcony.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, large window with ocean views, and private sliding door access to the balcony. The ensuite master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is ideal for families and includes two full-size beds and a TV, allowing up to four guests to sleep comfortably in this room. Just off the second bedroom is the laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. The second full bathroom also features a tub/shower combination.
Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises.
Regency Towers offers excellent beachfront amenities for guests to enjoy, including two large beachfront pools (one seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and direct beach access. Guests also appreciate the gated entrance, poolside tiki bar, and spacious Gulf-front sun deck.
Please note, Regency Towers requires a $40 one-time fee paid upon arrival at the main office. This fee provides guests with wristbands and up to two parking passes and is required regardless of the number of passes or wristbands needed.
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
